Ultra-precision Turn-Mill Center with Y & B-Axis

MICROTURN-LTB as a turning-milling center is the combination of an ultra-precision fine turning machine with a 5-axis machining center in a unique design to produce workpieces at the highest level in only one clamping. The high-precision motorized spindles moving on an X/Z axis are the heart of the repeatability to achieve the highest accuracies.

Between the two spindles are three different tool carriers:

The linear tool carrier for holding fixed precision turning tools for ultra-fine turning.

The turret with Y-axis at the bottom of the work area for more universal cutting operations

The milling spindle with Y- and B-axis at the top of the workspace for turning/milling applications with up to 72 tools

All linear and rotary axes have direct measuring systems.
