Ultra-precision Turn-Mill Center with gang type tooling

MICROTURN-L is an ultra precision fine turning machine in a unique design to produce workpieces at the highest level.

The highly precise motorised spindle moving on an X/Z axis is the heart of the repeatability to achieve the highest accuracies.

In front of the spindle is a linear tool carrier for holding fixed precision turning tools for fine turning. In addition to turning tools, other units such as grinding spindles, deep-hole drilling devices or grippers can also be mounted on this for integrated automation.

All linear and rotary axes have direct measuring systems.

The MICROTURN is a unique concept on the market in this precision, MADE IN GERMANY at Spinner's main factory in Sauerlach near Munich.
